Our Style
At the core of our teachings lies the invigorating practice of Power Vinyasa Yoga. In this dynamic style, synchronize your breath with movement as you seamlessly transition between poses, igniting both strength and fluidity. Experience a great workout, deep stretch, and time to relax and decompress.
Elevate your practice within the nurturing embrace of our heated studio space. Designed to promote perspiration and detoxification, our heated environment enables deeper muscle engagement and enhanced flexibility.
In every class, immerse yourself in a dynamic sequence meticulously crafted by our diverse team of skilled instructors. Our unique approach to yoga empowers teachers to infuse creativity into their playlists, sequencing, and teaching methods. Acknowledging that our power style may not suit everyone, we offer a range of options including Power Flow, Slow Flow, Power Strength and Restorative classes. Additionally, we feature specialized classes like Vin to Yin and Stretch + Roll once a month, ensuring there's something for every student to explore and enjoy.
In-Person and Remote Options
Experience the ultimate flexibility at our studio, where we offer invigorating classes both in-person and virtually via live Zoom, as well as on-demand pre-recorded sessions!
Whether you crave the energy of a group setting or prefer the convenience of practicing from home, we welcome you to explore and nourish your practice with us in whichever way suits you best!
New to Yoga?
At STUDIO B POWER YOGA our dynamic classes cater to individuals of all experience levels, ensuring everyone feels empowered and included. Our exceptional instructors adeptly adapt to diverse skill levels within the same room, warmly welcoming and supporting beginners as they begin their yoga journey.
Newcomers can take advantage of our New Student Special, which offers two weeks of unlimited access for just $40. Sign up conveniently online or in person, and arrive at your first class at least 10 minutes early. Let the instructor know of your beginner status, and don't forget to bring your mat, hand towel, and water (rentals available if needed). All of our instructors offer hands-on assistance to ensure proper form and alignment.

While STUDIO B has always been rooted in community and connection, my focus extends beyond the yoga practice alone. We are dedicated to forging meaningful connections that transcend the physical, bringing people together through the harmonious integration of body, mind, and spirit."
Power Flow: Heated to 85-90 degrees, Power Flow is crafted to push your limits and shift your focus from the mind to the body. This dynamic class follows a vinyasa style, seamlessly linking breath to movement, featuring swift sequences, playful transitions, and opportunities for arm balances and inversions. Expect energizing playlists and a profusion of sweat!
Power Strength: Strengthen both your mind and body in this class that combines both yoga and strength training into one seamless experience. Our Power Strength integrates strength and yoga for a comprehensive full-body workout focused on stretching, mobility, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. You will use light weights throughout the class as your instructor incorporates strength exercises as you flow through yoga poses. Your instructor will inspire you, and a high-energy playlist will keep you motivated. Weights and props are optional, making this class suitable for all levels.
Slow Flow: Set to a soothing 75 degrees, Slow Flow mirrors the structure of Power Flow but at a gentler pace. Embrace longer holds and a reduced intensity, while still embracing the challenge and generating warmth. Ideal for beginners, expectant mothers (with medical clearance), or those who prefer a slower tempo and cooler environment.
Restorative: Unheated and designed to soothe, Restorative Yoga guides you through a tranquil sequence of carefully supported poses, using props for enhanced comfort. Each posture is savored with intention and ease, inviting your mind to unwind and find serenity in a state of deep meditation.
ONCE A MONTH:
Vin to Yin: A 75-minute fusion class, starting with a dynamic vinyasa flow (akin to our traditional Power Flow) and transitioning into a Yin practice for the latter half. Experience deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes with prop assistance, promoting profound relaxation and restoration.
