Rachel Burns
Rachel is an RYT-200 and the owner of STUDIO B POWER YOGA. She started practicing yoga at SBPY at the Annville and Harrisburg studios in 2018. Rachel enrolled in teacher training while she was a senior in college and has been teaching yoga for 3 years. Rachel is a power yogi to her core and loves to challenge her students with fun, funky, fast-paced classes that will get you out of your head! Reminder for her classes—you’re fine, everything’s fine!

Beth Baker
Beth started her yoga journey about 10 years ago, teaching herself to add balance to her other workouts. Beth is an RYT-200, dance and fitness instructor and loves to garden and spend time outside in the sunshine. Her 3 daughters and her husband are her world. Beth has a passion for leading and exploring the way the body moves. The spiritual component of yoga has assisted in her personal growth. She hopes to help others find joy and inner strength through their practice.

Lacey Lausch
Lacey began practicing yoga in college and was immediately drawn to the benefits and joys that yoga brought to her. After graduating college in 2017, she dove head first into her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga on Chocolate. During her classes, Lacey aims to create an upbeat, positive, safe, non-competitive space for her students. Lacey thinks it is vital to connect with her students and does so with mindful, hands on assists.

Whitley Bechtel
Whitley started power yoga 6 years ago and fell in love with it! She graduated YTT in 2023 at Studio B and is honored she gets to teach here!! When Whitley is not in the studio, she am hanging out with her two sweet daughters and husband, Ben!

Sydney Boyce
Sydney first found yoga in 2012 to supplement her love for running and weight lifting. In 2020, she enrolled in the Yoga Loft of Bethlehem’s 200 hour YTT. This was such an incredible experience to learn more about herself, her body and her practice while also learning how yoga can help people connect to themselves on a deeper level physically and mentally. Fitness has been such a constant outlet and passion in Sydney’s life. She knew one day she would want to help others on their fitness journey as well.

Nicole Evans
Nicole is an RYT-200 and graduated from OM Yoga Studio Teacher Training. Catch her on the schedule every Tuesday at 5:45pm!

Matthew Fassette
Matt is a full-time member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Proudly serving for over 22 years with deployments to Kosovo (2003) and Iraq (2009). Matt moved from Erie to Harrisburg in 2017, and started to attend yoga classes with Studio B. He has been part of the community as student, karmi, YTT, and now teacher.

Jill Lawley
Jill is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP who has been teaching yoga for 7 years. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, and Trauma Informed style classes. What began as a hobby has become a passion in being both a student and instructor. Jill studied at Dickinson College and Penn State Smeal School of Business. She works in sales and lives in Hershey.

Cait Sanders
Cait started teaching at Studio B in April of 2022 after completing yoga teacher training at Studio B. She began her yoga practice at one of the previous locations of Studio B (Harrisburg) in 2017. Cait loves the community and energy at Studio B…so much so that she got a Studio B tattoo! When I’m not practicing or teaching I enjoy spending time outside, and am a dental hygienist.

Jessica Singer
Jess is a RYT-200 and graduated from SBPY’s Teacher Training in 2022. She is a school art teacher and shares her talent with the Studio B community with different painting events. The infamous mural wall and pole is all thanks to Jess! Find her on the schedule every Thursday at 6am and Sunday at 11:15am!

Maxine True
Maxine started her yoga journey in college after falling in love with the power vinyasa style through Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh.
She completed her first teaching training through that studio and also continued teacher training through Studio B. Maxine has been teaching since 2017 and loves creating dynamic and challenging classes set to fun playlists. Teaching yoga has helped her through some of the hardest points in her life, and she loves being able to hold space for others in this way.

Haley Salera
Haley is a RYT-200 who graduated from SBPY in 2022. Haley has been practicing yoga for years and the connection that she has made to herself and to others is what inspired her to become a teacher. Haley believes that practicing yoga is writing a love letter to yourself– it teaches you to approach yourself with curiosity instead of judgment; with kindness and compassion instead of criticism; with humility instead of ego. Haley wants her students to feel empowered and encouraged and to know that they are in the right place.

Rebecca Friends
Rebecca was introduced to yoga from her grandpa at a young age and has practiced on and off for many years. It wasn’t until she was introduced to SBPY in 2020 that her practice increased into a routine. She never imagined what her higher self would be like until YTT at Studio B. From that she has adapted mindfulness, playfulness and a sense of grounding into her yoga practice that she *tries* to carry off of the mat. If you find me drinking coffee in the sunshine know that I am so content with where I’m at.

- Hidden Talent: love to bake! I’ve gotten good reviews so far in life

Rachel Maurer
Rachel started her yoga journey when she was 13-years old. Her mom had all the Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman DVDs you could get your hands on. That was where Rachel really learned about the universal connection between breath, mind, body, and spirit. Rachel found Studio B in 2019 where she began working for the studio as a Karmi; and here she is today, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Studio B in December 2023 and officially joining the team as a teacher! When she isn't in the studio, you can find her teaching her toddler yoga poses, camping with her family, going to concerts across the country, hiking out west, reading tarot, and cold plunging with her husband, Dakota.
- Guilty Pleasure: Belting/crying to Zach Bryan and Tyler Childers in the car and binge watching all reality television.
- Hidden Talent: I play the fiddle and read Tarot (I also sing – a real variety show here).
