During this workshop, you'll learn:
To explore various breathwork techniques rooted in ancient traditions and modern practices, including pranayama, rhythmic breathing, and conscious breath awareness.
The physiological and psychological benefits of breathwork, including stress reduction, increased mental clarity, enhanced emotional well-being & you will be guided into a PMR (progressive muscle exercise) to learn to ground into breathwork patterns
