Let's FLY! Arm Balances are such a fun way to incorporate the practice of play in the yoga practice. This 5-week series is meant to break down common arm balances you see in at STUDIO B. We will have an hour to break down the pose itself and add in different variations to make this accessible for all levels. Join us for all 5 weeks or come for single sessions!

Week 1 - crow & side crow variations

Week 2 - mountain climbers & variations

Week 3 - eight angle, baby grasshopper, firefly

Week 4 - flying pigeon and grasshopper

Week 5 - headstand variations & crow to headstand

Cost: $99 for all 5 weeks or $25 per session
