This 4-week yoga inversion workshop is designed to help you safely and confidently explore four key inversions: Headstand, Chin Stand, Forearm Stand, and Handstand. This workshop will help you build the strength, alignment awareness, and confidence needed to thrive in your inversion practice. Whether you are a beginner in your inversion practice or looking to refine your skills, this workshop is for all levels!

Weekend 1: Headstands (classical, tripod & variations)

Weekend 2: Forearm Stand & Chin Stand

Weekend 3: Handstands #1 (floating forward + learning to fall)

Weekend 4: Handstands #2 (handstand variations & holding)
