Strengthen both your mind and body in this class that combines both yoga and strength training into one seamless experience. Our Power Strength integrates strength and yoga for a comprehensive full-body workout focused on stretching, mobility, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. You will use light weights throughout the class as your instructor incorporates strength exercises as you flow through yoga poses. Your instructor will inspire you, and a high-energy playlist will keep you motivated. Weights and props are optional, making this class suitable for all levels.
